The Story

A witty year-round decor design, these Chess Piece Ornaments feature either a King or Queen, printed on both sides and encased in recycled acrylic. A third ornament shaped like a chess board is designed as a shaker with mini chess pieces inside it. Each ornament is sold separately and includes a silver string for hanging. 

 
We chose these ornaments to celebrate the MoMA exhibition Marcel Duchamp, on view through August 22, 2026. Duchamp was an avid chess fan.
